Wouldn't be mad at guy for telling the chucklenuts to shut up. Keep the giggling for when you're talking to people behind his back or something, if you really think his statement is so humorous then wait till he finishes and then lay it out. It's like it's a first grade classroom full of children. This is the U.N. that's being talked about so close enough I guess.

Yeah he should probably just shut up.  This is why the U.N. needs to be dismantled.  In-fighting and hen-pecking take up 99% of its efforts.
