You mean someone who talked a lot didn't actually do anything? It's almost like the Congressman constantly on news networks are the least powerful Congressman.

FTA: " those who worked alongside him say, Mr. Weiner was a lawmaker with little patience for making laws and a single-minded focus on generating attention so he could run for mayor of New York."

you mean he is a politician who only cares about attention and his personal goals, not legislating.

This is my shocked face.

So many laws were passed in the last five years, makes the head spin. And Wiener got one through. Amazing.

Gotta love the Times for this:  Fark no Weiner shouldn't be mayor because he showed his wang; but the other lying scumbags that are running?  Yeah, they'll do.

I'd argue that "number of bills written /  sponsored / voted on / passed" are not cogent indicators of a legislator's job performance.

But how am I supposed to judge the value of a legislator without actually thinking too hard?

From his picture, he looks like one, too.

Shouldn't that be, all casing, no meat?

So they're trying to attack him for having too little experience.  But isn't that what all the "ZOMG TERM LIMITS LOL!" people want?

And you'd be right, but that's why we shan't be allowing you to argue that.

Really. Why would anybody get the idiotic idea that a legislator should be legislating?

Quality over quantity, perhaps?
