xria: Of course there is less than 4000 cases still, I think there are roughly 6 million kids in the 5-19 age range, so I think that an incidence per year of roughly 63 per 100,000. Certainly an issue that is rising, and probably need to look into ways it can be addressed, but hardly a crisis.
