We have a problematic drunken neighbor...........its a HUGE farking pain in everyone's arse!!  Yes, the police have been involved many, many times.  Guy is loaded by noon every day.........over the top by the time us normal folk return from work to witness his shenanigans.........passed out by 7 or 8ish.  Still those few hours inbetween can suck most days.

As a former resident of the Mason City zip code (lived on a farm, went to school elsewhere), I can honestly say that this does not surprise me at all.
