Nonrepeating Rotating Binary: I'm thinking we lock this turdball up in Guantanamo for the next 30 years.

Lock him up with Jodi Arias. See who comes out alive.

Inflatable Rhetoric: Quantum Apostrophe: avoid an "unnecessary trial" involving the death penalty.

It is unnecessary. Just skip all that and go straight to the gallows.

I like the electric chair at about 75 volts, 10 Hz.  Could take awhile, but I'm in no hurry.

I read about a 19 yr old in Bolivia, raped and killed a woman, then showed up at her funeral.  The locals tied him up, tossed him in the hole first, then the coffin, then the dirt.  That'll teach him.

Was it on Fark? http://www.fark.com/comments/7786620/84675974#c84675974  Yes, yes it was. Did he "show up" at her funeral? No, no he didn't.

How about a lifetime of dry anal rape by the largest inmates we can find?

Don't be a pussy.  Yes, he's obviously guilty and yes, he serves to be treated brutally.

I posted the BBC article earlier.

Nicely done!

Or if it's the death penalty:
Castro turfed

/Assuming he's not cremated, of course.

Great idea.  Cremate him, then execute him.

I can live with life w/o parole, tho.

Someone mentioned bail.  Was that seriously discussed in court, or is a hearing a routine requirement?

It's a routine requirement, and it was seriously discussed. Holding someone in jail before they are convicted of a crime is a big deal.

I meant was it seriously considered, as in, did anyone think he would get out on bail?

Pleading Not Guilty by reason of I don't want to go to jail I don't want to be executed.

So weird to me, facing absolutely 100% life in prison.  Who would want to live?   I mean, he definitely knows how prisoners are treated.

Innocent until prove...oh screw it, we have bloodlust!

No just 3 kidnapped witnesses who were raped repeatedly one forced to have his kid. One who was forced to miscarry twice and a third who was raped for 10+ years. But yeah blame it on a lust for blood.

This fark should have stopped using our air the day the victims were interviewed.

10/10 for the troll effort.

Funny how people use the term troll. A guy has the audacity to suggest that no matter how vile the crime, or the perpetrator, we have a judicial system in place, and that one is innocent until proven guilty.  Even in this case. Guess you would like the old days when we just strung em up, screw that waste of time trial.

A statement doesn't have to be false for it to be trolling though, it just has to be made with the intent to provoke an emotional response. Being as everyone here is fully aware of "innocent until proven guilty" and the sarcastic tone, calling it trolling is fair. Not the best example of one though.

jayphat: rnatalie: He plead not guilty to Rape, Kidnapping, Assault, and Rape.

He plead guilt to them 325 times. That's a lot of copy/paste.

He REALLY likes rape, kidnapping, assault and rape!

They need to quit dilly-dallying and let him go, so he can get out there and find the real kidnapper. All this god damn bureaucratic red tape is just giving this guy a chance to cover his tracks even better.

He pled not guilty, forcing the prosecution to prove its case. As a patriotic American, I don't really have a problem with that.

If there was one thing those girls taught him, it was: Never give up.

Inflatable Rhetoric: While I have no sympathy for this guy, murder charges involving a fetus might complicate our lives.

They're brought all the time all across the country.

It is considered some form of murder in all but a small hand full of states.

There we go.

Having RTFA (or a similar one), he plead not guilty to charges including murder (or manslaughter, can't remember)... which if found guilty could give him the death sentence.  The charges against him for the dead babies are the ones that will bring controversy (is it murder if they aren't born yet?) and a possible death sentence.

Why are we wasting precious court resources on this waste of space?  Tie him up, Slather him with honey and throw him into a hog pen.

Or just throw him into the gen pop of the worst prison with the most hardened criminals - that might be more extreme.  I hear the prison community doesn't take too kindly to those who prey on the weak and innocent.  What he did to those girls is like the worst thing you can do to a person... Just look at his face, imagine being raped and tormented by that demon for a decade.

So, this is another one of those threads where various ITGs describe their gay rape/torture/snuff revenge fantasies on the accused.

I seriously doubt the sincerity of their oh-so-righteous anger coming from true empathy for the victims. I'm thinking they get off on imagining sick things like that. A story about a  terrible crime gives them an excuse to share their twisted musings with the world, sometimes narrated in loving detail, perhaps typed with one hand.

I'll reserve my ITG commentary about what I think should happen to this guy.

Instead I'll focus on the generosity of almost 9000 people who have generated $925,000 for these girls so far.
