Go to the Pit and Pendulum and see if you can find the toilet without having to ask. Its a challenge.

I know where they are!! although the first time i did have to ask. one of my friends was banned from the pit for cheating on one of the barstaff in front of him.

Apart from the comedy hidden toilets and good greasy food, the Pit and Pedulum is not much cop in my opinion. Its a pretend goth pub with pretend goths (I dislike them more than "real" goths). Go to The Castle (near the Ice Arena, far far away from the castle) or the Tap and Tumbler, near Rock City, my ex-housemate shagged the landlady :) Or The Bell or The Trip. Somewhere that serves real beer anyway.

I think that at the last Edinburgh one, the only n00b that turned up was stripped naked and put on a trawler bound for the Faroe Islands. So it's worth going if you like travel.
