Canned wine, my favorite. Goes well with freeze-dried monkey brains, or whatever that stuff is I had the last time they served a real meal on an airline.

I'm sure the oenophiles are going to hem and haw, but to be honest, I only drink Diet Mountain Dew out of champagne flutes. It really gentrifies the tannins and adds an aroma of fruitiness not found in 2 liter bottles.

If you can't survive an hour and a half domestic flight without a 7 dollar can of wine, its time to start thinking about AA.

By the way you guys, can I just say as a side note, I am loving this can-wine thing, I think it's brilliant. I mean I'm active, I'm gesturing with my hands, and I don't feel restricted. If I was holding a wine glass right now I'd be spilling wine all over the god damn place.

Need for coffee...for a second I thought that said Sprite.

And what business does wine have being in a can? That's like putting Spam in a toothpaste tube.

Yeah, but this is Spirit we're talking about.  I would probably need three cans... vodak cans.

THX 1138: Solution:  Take your own booze.

Actually, you can take on the small bottles but you can't drink them due to international regulations.

I know cause I once bought some beer in the Tokyo airport (I was flying on with United to Bangkok, and no WAY I was gonna spend the amount they want on a can of beer enroute!), and when the stewardess saw said can in the trash she gave me a very stern lecture explaining this.  I didn't really care cause what was she gonna do, throw me off the plane?, but it turns out flights want to monitor how much people drink on them for safety reasons.

Watch as we replace our regular moothemagiccow with Grey Poupon... let's see if anyone notices.
