Someone *really* didn't think their cunning plan all the way trough, or even stop to ponder what exactly being 18 entitles you to do.

Its not like your parents can legally stop you from going to D.C. If they tried it could conceivably be kidnapping, or at least unlawful detention. Sure, I suppose you could be so dependent on them for financial support that you don't want to risk that relationship, but how in the heck is risking felony level false reporting better?

/besides, what the hell are you going to do in DC without your wallet and ID? The damn city runs on money.

Ive been to dc. I LIVE near dc... its totally not worth it.

I have to go to the DC zoo this weekend. My family is in town and they brought the whole clan. I may have to jump into the tiger pen to save myself.
