10-11 Animal Problem.

Had to look it up because only Chicken Banders and pork products use 10 codes.

This is just plain animal cruelty.  Why do people do this?

Florida is hot, humid, and flat; kangaroos are used to jumping around in the invigorating, cool air of their home in the Alps.

Most of the ones I have seen seem more happy to jump around traffic on the freeways and bounce off the occasional bus.

Police radio codes are very hard to decode. These two alone took a Cray computer 18 months of processor time to come up with a solution.

Codes vary by department.  WIth  cop car computers and encryption is general use, would they use a code?
