Yes, the manufacturers are "worried" it'll make women too horny. In related news, Br'er rabbit really doesn't want to be thrown in the briar patch.

Since when did the myth of the female orgasm become a fact? Probably through the same science that endorses climate change.

As a certified Boobologist, I can assure you that this product works exactly as described. I got it from the same company that sold me my penis embiggener. Why, when I bought my first bottle for $129.99 they told me I could only have 3 pills at a time, lest my wang grow to the size between a fire hose and a novelty oversized fire hose.

More hype for a dietary supplement spiked with sildenafil, I'd wager.

There are way Moe fake drugs than real ones out there and way more ads for fake drugs that are falsely stated to be in trials than are actually being developed for an FDA application.

I still get a chucke every time I see an Enzyte commercial on late night tv.  Dude's been in jail for two years now and his product is still getting sold.

Wouldn't this, being a recreational drug without a medical purpose, be pretty much the definition of a schedule 1 drug and thus illegal if it were even slightly real?

Or is it ostensibly a drug for something else and this is a supposed side effect.

The people who are worried about hemorrhaging society have some valid concerns.  Unlike men, women are emotional thinkers, basing their decisions on how they feel at a particular moment.  If women feel sexually aroused more, that's likely to translate directly into more STIs, unplanned children, infidelity, and broken families.

It may not be PC, but it happens to be the truth.  There's a reason that there are so many social rules and taboos relating to controlling women's sexuality:  they're necessary.

/how about we work on controlling the Catholic Clergy's sexuality first? They're the ones who aren't supposed to be sexual in any way shape or form.

Three problems:

1. As everyone else is mentioning, it's not like the women you'd actually like to boink are going to be the ones taking this.
2. Even discounting 1, this is primarily the sort of thing that will be taken by women already in relationships where they want to rekindle things sexually - not by single women who'll suddenly become so horny that their standards evaporate.
3. Even discounting 1 and 2, this drug is not going to hit the market until 2016, and I can't wait that long. Dammit. Dammit. Dammit dammit dammit.

There's a pretty good documentary on Netflix (or was) about the ridiculousness of 'female viagra'.
This is simply another big pharma move to get everyone on any pill they can.

Best point of the doc: "Would you take a pill if you fell out of friendship with someone?"

Not to worry, my fine fellow. The article points out that the number one cause of wifeal infidelitude is a lack of satisfaction in the bedroom.

It's effectiveness might be based entirely on it being mint flavored, combined with the placebo effect and power of suggestion.

And they can make some extra money using industrial waste which is illegal to dump anywhere as filler.
