(YouTube)   Stevie Nicks, the woman who put Fleetwood Mac on the map, is 65 today. You'd still hit it, as evidenced by this recent performance of Go Your Own Way in Boston   (youtube.com ) divider line

I'd snort a line of coke off of her ass, if her ass didn't snort it first.

You got that right, subby!

I'd probably hit it, but I'd need to be careful not to break her hip.

Just me, or does she look moderately annoyed?

I think subby meant Lindsey Buckingham when referring to whom put what where.

No. I love FM, Buckingham, and Nicks but that was underwhelming. Mostly due to the poor audio. The actual VIDEO was ok, though.

MFAWG: Just me, or does she look moderately annoyed?

Don't she and Buckingham have a kinda rocky relationship? I know they were on-again-off-again for a lot of the band's history, but I don't know if there's still any resentment or anything.

Also, could be that her mic sounded kinda low, Buckingham's vocals were drowning out a lot. That would annoy me.

bearded clamorer: I'd snort a line of coke off of her ass, if her ass didn't snort it first.

When I was camera operator at one of her concerts she wouldn't allow close-ups or profile shots less than head-to-toe because she is a fat-arse.

Go Your Own Way is pretty much Lindsy on vocals. Here's Landslide and Gold Dust Woman. Stevie still has a great set of pipes.

/would knock the dust off that pussy if given the chance

Actually, Stevie is the woman, but Lindsey is the *man* who put FM on the map. I know it's confusing for you youngsters.

All right, as I grew as a kid in the late 70's, early 80's I heard their shiat overplayed on the radio to the degree that, once that all got classified as "classic rock" (or my words "plastic rot"), I shiatcanned that whole genre as second-to-last to whatever the kids are listening today.

But.  The dude on guitar. No pick.  Using 4 fingers and thumb (though it's sometimes parked on the neck) and still making rock guitar.  I like this guy.

Going by this version of "Silver Springs" it seems in 1997 there still were unresolved issues between them.

How old is Buckingham then?

I saw them twice. The first time when they were working to get their name back from their ex-manager - who had put together a fake band and was booking them around the country.

The second time was after B/N joined - the 'Fleetwood Mac' album (the one before 'Rumors').
They warmed up for Ten Years After. They were great! And better than TYA.

Now? Unless they were going to to a 20 version of 'Tusk' I would be hard pressed to walk across the street to see them.

Just can't listen to them (or The Eagles. Or Steve Miller. (yuck)) anymore due to their over-exposure.
