Depends on which particular Jew you ask.  My understanding is that the exact identification of kosher locusts is nowhere near a consensus.

To be fair, getting rave reviews for locust spaghetti is more of a DIfficulty meme than a FARK meme.

FWIW, grasshoppers are very difficult to digest.  You need to completely chew them up or they'll pass through you intact.

Also, "locusts" are swarming grasshoppers.  If they're not swarming, they're just grasshoppers.  It's grasshopper spaghetti.

Not on their menu yet. The website doesn't seem to say anything about this upcoming menu item.

They probably don't want to get a flood of people showing up before the locusts are ready.
