I have no trouble believing their was faked moon landings.
It makes sense, and the arguments can be compelling.
I also fully understand we have been to the moon several times.
The two beliefs are not exclusive.

Careful, ground-up moon rocks are pure poison. You'll become deathly ill.

It was these vials, or more specifically, the one vial that contained the moon virus, that, when shattered by the jealous scientist, would release the plague that wiped out humanity, save for a rag-tag band of evolutionarily superior moon mutants.
Coming this summer: mOON pLAGUE

Did you know that's acually true?

Moon dust is very abrasive and it is believed that if inhaled it would cause severe repertory disease.

Entire theater ensembles, cut down in their prime!

...Wish like hell I could find it, but there's a funny little story out someplace on the Net about the custodian of the studio where they filmed the moon landings being told he's out of a job due to budget cuts.

/The very last line BEGS for the 'Twilight Zone' music, trust me

I think anyone that thinks the moon landings were faked need to watch this guy:

The TV technology to fake it just wasn't available.

One of the coolest parts of the moon missions is that what they brought back turned out to be basically identical in composition to Earth minerals on the Earth side.  Solved major questions about the planet in like five different branches of science with what was essentially a null result.

//Albeit morphologically moon dust is pretty distinctive, phenomena like vacuum sintering were mostly theoretical before observed in spaaaaaaaace.

Who knows what curiosities sit forgotten in the world's vast warehouses?

They're pretty good about clearing out commercial warehouses, but someone with hookups could  probably rock the new-old-stock market for collectibles and vintage gear. Of course, the market doesn't need a thousand new in box trash 80s.
