Snatch Bandergrip: Tom_Slick: There was a very short lived sitcom, a sort of Odd Couple rip-off where a divorced guy moves in with a party guy and they would day drink hit on women etc, had kind of a Swingers feel to it.  Anybody remember the name?  They should make that show.

Men Behaving Badly?

/I recommend Peep Show
//Which Netflix foolishly removed from Instant recently

No, it was really short lived like maybe 10 episodes, came on after Friends went off the air.

Pushing farking Daisies.

awfulawful: Duck Tales.

If you are going to bring back an animated series make it either Animaniacs or Pinky and the Brain.

2013-05-24 02:33:54 PM
"Head Case" showed some promise the first season it was on Starz, but then it just kind of disappeared.

Crewmannumber6: Pushing farking Daisies.

Fuller's doing just fine with Hannibal right now. Besides, everything was more or less resolved so they'd have to completely retool it to make it interesting.

That's an impressive list of shows that not only did I not ever watch, I now really don't care.

Although yes Better off Ted would be awesome again!

M.A.N.T.I.S. and Viper.

2013-05-24 02:41:58 PM
Terriers.  It ended well, but it should not have ended.  great show.

2013-05-24 02:42:11 PM
They don't need to revive, reboot or remake my choice just show it: Shelly Duvall's Fairy Tale Theatre. I think it would be awesome for kids.

2013-05-24 02:42:35 PM
Found it, was called "Happy Hour" and was on FOX, no wonder it was cancelled.

2013-05-24 02:45:22 PM
Oh, and Reboot. Or just re-render the existing programs with better models and smother animation.

2013-05-24 02:46:18 PM
Better off Ted
Keen Eddie
Eureka

Really liked Alphas, only one I the list I'd gotten into.

I gave up on that show about the time of the drug kingpin baby,  before that it was a great show, but the best episodes were before they left Agrestic.

2013-05-24 02:56:58 PM
Drawn Together.

and some type of Midnight Special type show.

That show just needs to be rebooted.  30 years later someone tries to replicate Sam's experiment and leaps, Get Jim Belushi to play the part of Al, and have it star the guy from Chuck.

I loved Party Down.

The Ricky Sargulesch episode is probably my favorite. But they were all pretty funny and just fun to watch.

Plus, these

I hate that I even know what this is a picture of.

I hate you more for posting it.

I'm honored ;)

You know, the format of MST3K works very well the Netflix format...

I'm an old Ward-E fan from way back and still occasionally build a 'bot here or there, but Riffrax is just so damn funny that I don't think that I would want to see the guys get distracted from that to bring back the old show.

Beans Baxter
Quark
Seaquest
War of the Worlds
Streethawk
Airwolf
Riptide

Can't the chopper crashed.

2013-05-24 03:45:26 PM
Deadwood
Jericho
Reaper
Veronica Mars
Mockingbird Lane
Sons of Tucson

Any one of those would make me happy, but if they werent already doing Arrested Development, that would be on the top of the list.

2013-05-24 03:48:33 PM

texdent: Adventures of Brisco County Jr
Reaper
Joan of Arcadia
Chuck
Jake 2.0
Wolverine and the X-Men

You and I can be TV watching buddies

If we are going to bring back shows, let's bring back really good stuff...my choices

Friday Night Lights - I could easily watch another four of five seasons of Coach Taylor tellin me somethin'
The West Wing - I would enjoy watching the Santos administration

2013-05-24 03:52:36 PM
For shame, Fark. No love for Farscape?

/I want my fifth season, goddammit!

Oh, I concur.  Not bring the old show back, per se, but stream Rifftrax'd movies.  Similarly, I know it would be far too demanding, but I would love to see Netflix selections come with DVD options like commentaries and behind-the-scenes nonsense
