I thought "drunk" and "NJ" went hand in hand.  How else can you explain their driving?

Unions. He probably won't be fired and if he is will be quietly re-instated months from now. That's what happens with Washington DC bus drivers/train drivers who outrageous things. One bus driver here stopped the bus, got off the bus, punched a cop in the face who was dressed as McGruff the Crime Dog in the face, got back on the bus, and drove away. He was fired then re-instated. to r_back_on_the.html

That's just one example. Others have actually killed people, been found to have been at fault, fired, and then re-instated.
