Crewmannumber6: Crewmannumber6: The Why Not Guy: Those Eunice sketches... holy cow, they were amazing. Funny and heartbreaking all at once.

Those sketches always made me uncomfortable. The resentment that went from simmering to full scale ugly didn't seem like a good place for comedy to come from. That's the only part of her show i didn't like.

/Vicki Lawrence had nice breasts

Those are some pretty glaring omissions right there. Ellen's brother was funnier than her when he was on The Daily Show. And whatever happened to A. Whitney Brown? God, that guy was smart

Unfortunately he was a Spaulding Gray in a Rick Dees world.

vernonFL: I love Carol Burnett. She is an American treasure. I living legend.

Glorious comedienne. Great timing and delivery.

Cue Peter Griffin pummelling Jimmy Fallon.

I remember some of my favorite episodes of her show were when she had Roddy McDowall on. They had great chemistry.

"I can't believe I'm getting a humor prize from the Kennedy Center," Burnett said in a statement. "It's almost impossible to be funnier than the people in Washington."

Yep, she's still got it.
