Typically if you order pepperoni, it is under the cheese, which is kind of weird, but I don't see the point in ruining a pizza with pepperonis anyway. And Detroit style uses thicker pepperonis.
Fubini: St. Louis style pizza is clearly the most superior. Nothing beats provel on a matzo cracker, and you're a heretic if your pizza slices have three sides.
