The Pirates wore camouflage uniforms, but it was the Astros who couldn't see their teammates.

DeWayne Mann: Slog: chimp_ninja: It's the outfielder's ball if both an infielder and outfielder call for it, because the outfielder is moving forward.

This is the second time Jimmy Paredes (the Astros RF) has collided with his second baseman and caused a dropped pop fly on a play like that:

http://mlb.mlb.com/news/article.jsp?ymd=20130513&content_id=47434172 &v key=news_mlb&c_id=mlb

That first play was earlier this week, and involved Paredes running into Jose Altuve, who is pretty experienced, and knows what he's doing at second base. I'm going to guess that Paredes is probably at fault, since these plays involving him keep happening. He's probably not calling for the ball very loudly, if at all.

Might have something to do with the fact that Paredes isn't actually an outfielder.

Or that Houstan isn't actually a baseball team...

bdub77: In this case you give the catch to the guy with his hands up watching the ball who can't see you behind him. He had the ball. The guy coming in behind him made the mistake.

The Astros, ladies and gentlemen!
