Something dont feel right.

I am not saying that it is not true. If it is it is rather unnerving. False flag attacks are something that needs to be investigated promptly.

Maybe something doesnt feel right because I dont want to believe it. I dont want to believe that someone would falsify evidence on such a grand scale. I dont want to believe because I also hate conspiracy theories.

you have no problems with conspiracies as long as it's the other side doing it.

God I hate people who make the assumption that just because I am a righty that means that I automatically believe in their ludicrous conspiracy theories.

Guess what? Benghazi isnt a scandal! Shocking that came out of a righty.

Guess what? Climate change is happening and it is man made. Shocking this came out of a righty as well.

Not to defend painting with a broad brush, but the spokespeople for your team make it easy to jump to conclusions. I know I have some liberal nuts on my team, but I think your team is going for some sort of record.

Do you have a single shred of evidence that the Administration falsified a report to the media? If so, I know a few Congresspeople that would like to see it.

The talking points about the attack being video-related? Considering we have ample evidence that is what the CIA actually thought at first, that's evidence of nothing. Remember, the attack happened at essentially the same time as demonstrations about the video, some of which turned violent, that were happening in several other countries in the region. If I were a CIA desk-jockey, I probably would've come to the same initial conclusion. It would've been wrong, but that doesn't make it a lie.

Yes, they should be. But they aren't... in fact, I'm sure they are sleeping quite peacefully at night.

That party's echo chamber is slowly turning a few of them into outright psychopaths. I'd bet anyone Romney wasn't the only GOPer smiling at the thought of using their deaths for political capital... just the only one caught on camera.

You know, some people would just say "Shiat happens. They hate us for our freedoms. Move on". But the GOP has a laser-like focus and a dogged determination to learn the lessons from Benghazi to improve embassy security and ensure this never happens again in the future. Nothing will distract them from that goal of making American diplomats safer trying to make Democrats look bad.

A problem for Republicans because they have nothing positive to say anymore.  They create doubt, accuse, throw tantrums and end up being a nuisance to everyone except themselves.   They have advocated the devil's position for so long they have moved in and started getting an allowance.

You mean like doing creative editing on testimony given to Congress, omitting crucial portions of the testimony, and instead like releasing quotations of said edited testimony, and never even alluding to the portions that were inconvenient to the narrative that was being promoted? Because that has already happened, and that was done in public. It's not a huge conspiracy theory, it's just a sad fact of a complicit media that serves as a mouth for political interests. We have ample evidence of this, just in what has been edited out of public testimony on this subject. Is the thought of quote mining and alteration of text THAT far a reach for you?

Really?

This is the statement released by Ansar al-Shariah, where they claimed partial responsibility for the attack:

Ansar al-Shariah Brigade didn't participate in this popular uprising as a separate entity, but it was carrying out its duties in al-Jala'a hospital and other places where it was entrusted with some duties. The Brigade didn't participate as a sole entity; rather, it was a spontaneous popular uprising in response to what happened by the West.

"What happend by the West" was taken to mean the anti-Islamic video.  They also claimed that they merely took advantage of a spontaneous protest that was already happening.  Why they released a statement that wasn't accurate hasn't been explained, and it seemed to jive with the initial analylsis by the CIA.

So now will there be endless hearings by Democrats to "get to the bottom" of emailghazigate? No. I wonder why. Probably because this is all a vast libby lib conspiracy.

The Republicans ensured Benghazi would not fade way.  In the wake of the flood of that issue, the IRS thing started.  The IRS scandal could have been the greatest story ever told but with the other hearing going on, it looked like the republicans were just throwing stones.

I don't even listen to these asshole Republicans anymore, to be honest... It's been nothing but verbal diarrhea for years now. Moving from one "outrage" to the next. These people are clowns and their motives of painfully obvious.

Conspiracy on a grand scale? Nah. Just an overzealous staffer. Nothing to see here.

2013-05-17 07:53:25 AM
The Republicans want to investigate until they can find something, anything, that they think they can run with as a scandal. How many years did they investigate the Clintons before finally latching onto the President getting a blowjob and being evasive about it? How many millions were spent and time wasted so we could learn that Bill Clinton likes the occasional blowjob from a chunky girl?

 - Sell arms to Iran to illegally fund insurgents in south american: silence.
 -  Blowjob from a fatty: impeachment.
 - Massage intelligence to generate support for invasion and occupation of an oil wealthy nation: silence.
 - Something, something, BENGHAZI!: outrage

Smells like bullshiat. Deja vu.

I believe nothing they say, and haven't for some time.  This particular story is proof of bearing false witness.

Because the democrats, including the libbiest president ever to lib, are spineless pussies who never fail to roll over and shiat themselves at the slightest sign of conservative opposition. The decades-long media campaign to turn "liberal" into a four-letter word has done more damage to this country than the war on drugs.

Awesome. I hope the press picks up on this and rips them a new one
