...and I'm about to put the hammer down?
(Ain't she a beautiful sight?)

Usually the accompaniment sucks, but this time it was great.

I was expecting the cop to have to help the ducks.  Granted, if he hadn't stopped right behind them in the middle of the road, someone else would have run them over... but by the time he was out of the car they were already out of the way.

/got the impression he was disappointed he didn't get to pick them up and carry them over

Yeah, but if those ducklings had given any resistance, he would've beat the shiat out of them.

Whip out the taser and dinner is served.

Kind to willdlife, but that speeder was endangering the public by speeding in inclimate weather. Cop has bad priorities.

Yay for the ducks!

Instead of that techno crap this could so use a L&O opening style voice over.

Yeah because inciting him to drive even faster and more recklessly, would be so much better.

Dude that was pretty cool

doesn't help that he waited far to long to pursue and the driver was long gone anyhow.  More than likely this wasn't an interruption but lost the vehicle and saw the ducks and figured "May as well get the lady and her young'un off the road'.

Plus, there's a weird "glitch" at 17 seconds.  I doubt the noted driver was doing 52, didn't seem to be going that fast.  then after the cut, there is no car in front of him, when he gets on the main road, there's no brake lights in front of the police vehicle, there's no vehicles in front of him off into the distance.

The "we sped this up to make it exciting", I'm guessing because there is nothing exciting ,the office either got a report of the duck or just happened on them after leaving his favorite radar spot to find another place to setup.

Ya, figured something like this.  That and, especially road being wet and all, ducks erratically crossing a 4-lane road is a different kind of hazard to drivers.  People slamming on brakes, swerving to avoid, etc...

He probably figured they were lucky to have not been hit by the speeder (who he wasn't about to catch anyway), so why not make sure their luck holds?

Wow. An old friend of mine wrote and recorded that techno music for a fashion show. I wonder if she knows others are using it.

52 in a 35 on a secluded two lane road isn't speeding. It's normal.
