Last touched by Bulls, but that should have been a foul

2013-05-15 09:37:59 PM
Might as well just review it and not make a call.

/thanks Boozer

Great suit on Juwan Howard.

2013-05-15 09:38:09 PM

IAmRight: What a random set of pointless numbers. 11 straight games of 18 points, 5 reb, 5 assists? C'mon now. Suppose whatever gets you a good grouping.

All stats like that are arbitrary, would you feel better if it was 20, 5 and 5?

Also arbitrary, we are just biased to like base 10 or 5 better

TheManofPA: Last touched by Bulls, but that should have been a foul

Nvm, on replay it wasn't that bad; it looked more over the back in real time

2013-05-15 09:38:15 PM

Doogled: Boozer, you suck!

They're not saying boo, they're saying Boozer!

And that's two EASY foul calls that should have been on Wade in the past minute.

Bricks an open shot that would've cut the lead to 1, lets the ball off his leg there...

Farking Boozer.

ongbok: James was caught in the air and had to make a pass, he ran up to try to get in position to get a charge and to get his hands in the passing lane. And like I said, his hands don't go in the passing lane because of his height.

That certainly is an insane way of viewing events.

I've heard plenty about Deng and Rose, but I still want to know how a friggin bruise caused Hinrich to miss weeks of playoff games.  He's gotta be getting all kinds of crazy cutting edge treatments, right?

What the hell are they looking at?

Number of times they call that foul on ANYONE: 0.

/Miami has still been called for more fouls than Chicago

A frickin calf bruise cost Tommy Frazier a shot at the NFL and ended his football career.

Now they call Wade.

I'm gonna assume it's a severe bruise. Once I got a bruise in the back of my knee and could barely walk for a week.

/well, that was a comical last possession

2013-05-15 09:41:47 PM
Shoulda called a timeout.

2013-05-15 09:41:49 PM
You had 3 chances to make a 3 and you missed all of them. You deserved to lose, Chicago.

2013-05-15 09:41:50 PM
Good job losing track of the clock at the end there, Bulls.  Damn.

2013-05-15 09:42:09 PM
Valiant effort by the Bulls.

2013-05-15 09:42:25 PM
Way to hectic there, take a two if you can get it, foul someone and try again, particularly after the O-rebound right?

2013-05-15 09:42:45 PM
Great try, Bulls.  Fought your heart out with Joakim Noah, Carlos Boozer, and backup central.  Proud of all of you.

Except Boozer.

Farking Boozer.

2013-05-15 09:42:46 PM
Pretty frantic last few seconds there.  That was a pretty fun series.  Looking for the Grizzlies to close this thing out now.

2013-05-15 09:43:12 PM
Sager trying to bait Wade into saying he took something in the locker room, Wade dodging better than patches o'houlihan

2013-05-15 09:43:23 PM
Wade, "I didn't mainline Vicodin if that's what you are thinking. I just retailed my knee."

2013-05-15 09:44:02 PM
Faaaaaark, almost, Nate.  Almost.

Well, good effort, Bulls. Too bad about those spinal tap complications on Deng, that would've made it a little more interesting.

/not even gonna bother with Rose since he wasn't a part of the season.
//Hinrich was actually an injury, too...but that Deng thing, that's just crappy luck

Backup central? Most of the guys they had on the floor are the guys who normally sit at the end of the bench wearing their street clothes under their warmups.

But seriously, all of those backups just got themselves a huge pay bump for next season if they are in a contract year.

Calves are super important in basketball. I've been dealing with some calf issues lately and it's ridiculous. The feeling of helplessness you get when you jump into the air... and your calf immediately cramps up the second you leave the ground... and then you realize that you're going to be landing in about 1.5 seconds... not fun. I'm not questioning him in the slightest for not being able to play.

Time for the Grizz to roll on.

Yeah, they're all tied up with Wings, gonna be a good series I think. Gonna flip between that and basketball.

/Westbrook does look like Brodie and I like him a lot better now that I see the resemblance.

Sigh. Only 5 months until next season starts. Go Bulls.

The Grizz look like the only team that can really beat the Heat so far.  The Pacers might have a chance, but I'm not sure that they have a perimeter defender like Tony Allen (or Jimmy Butler for that matter) that can just be a nuisance for the Heat all game long.

man, Marc Gasol is so good.  I gotta say though, I was a little surprised that he got DPOY.  Not that I think he doesn't deserve it (yeah, yeah LeBron really should have got it) I just didn't realize how good he is at using his size on defense.

With Deng, the Bulls could have pushed the series to 7 because with him in the game the Heat would have been a lot less effect offensively in the paint, and he would have provided the Bull's offense with a much needed presence in the paint.

But do you have access to around the clock physical therapy/ice baths/whirlpools/electrolysis/laser treatments? I'm not questioning the guy's manhood or anything--I'm just saying its incredible that they couldn't get him into game shape when they were this desperate.
