neuroflare: Bullshiat, that was a flop. He jumped in front of it.
Slappy McLongstockings: Good thing to teach kids....dribble a ball in the road with traffic....
Alonjar: "I felt destined that I should go on this trip," he said."It will be a trip of a lifetime where I will push myself further than I ever thought possible," he wrote.
SarcasmoPro: Looks like he had a GoPro camera attached to him. That would be some interesting footage.
sarcasman: FTA - "Police said Palmer's soccer ball was recovered."Because that's what's really important!! - wtf?
Recoil Therapy: Friends are talking about creating a foundation in Swanson's memory, and sending his two sons to Brazil for the World Cup, Schwesinger said.Wait a second here. This 42 year old goof takes off on a 10,000 mile journey on foot just to promote handing out blue soccer balls to third world kids even though he has his own kids at home? I feel really bad for the two boys, because if genetics mean anything they've got a lifetime of poor decision making in front of them.
Sybarite: sarcasman: FTA - "Police said Palmer's soccer ball was recovered."Because that's what's really important!! - wtf?I was really worried about that ball.

Pribar: starlost: every country can be dangerous crime wise. the guy had to have some cash and a credit card at all times. i can imagine someone beating the fark out of him just for a good backpack and pair of shoes.I read about his trip a few days ago and started a pool listing where he would get robbed with a bonus if ya selected fatality correct.
