MagSeven: Just going by memory, but I think there was at least one vampire in every episode of Buffy and Angel (you'd have to count Angel for Angel)

Nope.  The primary antagonists for most of Angel were Demons.  Season 4 of Buffy was almost entirely vampire-free, there was a short arc with Spike and Angel dropping in to remind the viewer they still existed, and apart from that you had a few segue appearances and that was about it.  Even season 1 was interspersed liberally with monster of the week episodes that made no mention of the vampires, and that was about a blood-sucky as any of the seasons got.

//Aware I'm a nerd for knowing this.

You're pretty much right. I got curious and went to IMDB. There are 8. I started second guessing myself as soon as I remembered that ventriloquist doll episode and whether or not Angel was in it.

*pulls IMDB tome off of shelf, blows off layer of dust.
AHEM!
There are just eight episodes in which no vampires appear. The episodes in which there's no vampire are: Witch, The Pack,   I, Robot... You, Jane,  The Puppet Show, Inca Mummy Girl, "Living Condition", "Fear, Itself"  and Beer Bad.

Definitely the hottest non-nude scene ever. And I have a phobia of snakes.

Let's call it a tie.

No...its not a tie. Not even close. DtD is much MUCH hotter.

Carlos: So, what, were they psychos, or...
Seth: Did they look like psychos? Is that what they looked like? They were vampires. Psychos do not explode when sunlight hits them, I don't give a fark how crazy they are

bdub77: As long as Juliette Lewis isn't anywhere near the production. God I hate her. I feel like she comes in and ruins every movie she's in.

Agreed. She's a horrible actress, is not very good looking (and so fails as a possible femme fatale - and yes, I know she wasn't in FDTD), and serves only to remind me I'm watching a movie with Rosie O'Donnell's acting successor.

// I hear Natural Born Killers can disabuse one of that notion, though

I can't explain it, but I've loved Juliette Lewis ever since Kalifornia.  I've seen most of her movies and she nails the ditzy weird chick.  Wasn't in FDTD?  Is that a typo?

"Richie, would you do me a favor and eat my pussy for me... please?"

I think he meant she wasn't a femme fatale in FDTD.

Yeah, she has a sexy white trash quality.

/and yes, she was cool in ABC
//the movie not the network

This could work, but it would need to be a show about survival. No glamorized, sexy, sympathetic vampires. Just evil bloodsuckers. And keep out other mystical creatures.

We have enough vampire shows. I'd rather see a show about the first half of the film. Maybe a prequel with the Gecko Bros traveling from town to town, getting into adventures, helping people, killing cops.

Natural Born Killers is worth it for the Rodney Dangerfield scenes alone. I saw it in the theater (on acid, no less) and bust out laughing at that part. Got me some really weird looks.

What the headline said...

"'From Dusk Till Dawn' will try its luck as a television series"

What I read at first...

"'From Dusk Till Dawn' will suck as a television series "
