Leavelle was the man shackled to Oswald, wearing the 10-gallon hat.

That's not a 10 gallon hat.  THIS is a 10 gallon hat, right Hoss?

I read the look on his face as, "Hey!  You're not supposed to shoot him until we get him in the car, Ruby!  I'm still in the line of fire, you moran!  Stick with the plan!"

Anyway...Nice one, Sub!

As much as Oswald got his due, I can't shake the feeling that his guard is a poster child for "You had one job!".

Sure... I guess... up to the point where his bosses told him to feign surprise and stay outta da way (and get paid handsomely to boot).

Finally, an article that doesn't say LHO killed JFK. Maybe journalists are finally waking up to the justice system, as in "LHO, the man who allegedly killed JFK". He was never tried, let alone convicted, so it is not appropriate to state definitively that he did.

/Notice I didn't say he did or didn't do it? Yeah? Good. So you can keep your useless, kneejerk reactionary comments to yourself. Good day.

Always wondered what their band name was...

The Dead Kennedys?
Lee Harvey and the Oz-tones?

With their hits, "Magic Bullet," "The Knolls Are Alive With The Sound Of Gunfire," and "Pop! Hey, What's That Sound?" (Later redone by Buffalo Springfield.)

Notice the part where they said he was on board one of the ships attacked at Pearl Harbor? Sounds more like I want that old coot at least a quarter mile away from me at all times.

After I buy him one beer. Respect.

Im pretty sure the "allegedly" is only customary if the suspect is still on this side of the dirt.

Still is. When I hear someone mention Texas and hat in the same sentence I think Stetson. Not that it happens every day, mind you.

Today the Stetson hat factory in Garland, Texas is one of the largest in the country and produces a line of hats in hundreds of different styles and colors. In spite of this size, however, classic styling and premium quality remain as the driving forces behind each and every hat. As a result, Stetson hats are the most well known hats in the world. Wherever and whenever hats are discussed Stetson will be mentioned.

Didn't know that but when someone mentions Texas I never think of Valve. I have never heard of them. But then I lead a sheltered life when it comes to cowboy hats.

Quick goog search... they make gamer hats? Not what I think of when I think of Texas hats. You left the Texas part out of your quote.

Thanks for playing.

So what is he being praised for exactly?
1. "Guard Oswald until he gets into the vehicle"
2. Oswald dies RIGHT IN FRONT OF HIM
3. "Way to guard your prisoner -- now we'll never know the deets."
4. Profit?

The Roland D-20 was an awful keyboard. No reason at all to own two.

Have you ever watched the Oswald shooting at live speed? There was like what a second maybe between Ruby starting his draw to Oswald dropping.
