Leashlaw: My friend inherited his dad's house in Cuernavaca years ago and spent a few years living down there.  It all ended when he got into a drunken fight with the local strip club owner and tried to report him to the Federales for having a gun behind the bar.  The Federales were friends with the club owner and took my friends outside, kicked the shiat out of them and robbed them.  Then hog-tied them, drove them out to the jungle and told them to run as they took potshots at them.  My friend lost his front teeth and half a finger.  They were lucky they were sober enough to run fast.

That's what happens when you treat the black market like material for a "Consumerist" article. Does he also call the cops when the hookers forget to reach around?

And, of course, the traditional method of attacking a successful black man in America--insinuate he's a homosexual. If that doesn't work, hire some people to murder him.

Wait, what?
More importantly, are you trying to insinuate that modern America with it's black president, congressional black caucus, celebrities and black business leaders is still systemically racist? Really?
Have you never been out of this country? There are a lot of really oppressed cultures out there. Black America....not so much anymore. And thank God for that.

Have you ever been out of the suburbs?

lol. Yeah, A few times. I was in Compton yesterday and I'll be in Inglewood tomorrow (and sometimes at night...ooooohhhhhh). And yes, I'm very white. I've been to a few countries where they were, let's say, not fans of white Americans. In the end, hard working people are just people and can almost always find common ground to at least be civil. Granted, there are always the psychos who come after you because of race or nationality. Some of them even try to kill you. I know, shocking, huh? This happens on each side of the race divide. I've even been kicked out of a bar for being white, no shiat. Ever been kicked out of someplace for being whatever race you are? In America?

Hey dumbass, the Congressional Black Caucus wasn't formed by a group of racially tolerent white people. It was created because the black members of Congress were completely outnumbered and felt underrepresented. Smh.

I have seen the same thing happen in Colombia many a time, some giant black or white dude from the states shows his ass in a bar and gets mad over a tab or the cost of the whore and they end up with a broken leg and their grill broken out, cause the taxi driver was the club owner, hookers friend who takes them to the middle of nowhere and six guys tune them up.  Lucky not to end up in a hole many times.

FTA:

When the argument over the tab broke out around 3 a.m. as they prepared to leave, the two were separated by bar employees, but, for reasons the prosecutor said had not yet been determined, only Mr. Shabazz was beaten.

He said he found no evidence that race or any motive other than robbery was in play, and there was no indication that the attackers knew Mr. Shabazz came from a famous family.

He was probably the only one beaten because he was black.  When it's 3:00am and alcohol's involved, people tend to get a little tribal.  It's natural.

TheShavingofOccam123: "This religion (Islam) recognizes all men as brothers. It accepts all human beings as equals before God, and as equal members in the Human Family of Mankind. I totally reject Elijah Muhammad's racist philosophy, which he has labeled 'Islam' only to fool and misuse gullible people as he fooled and misused me. But I blame only myself, and no one else for the fool that I was, and the harm that my evangelical foolishness on his behalf has done to others."

-- Malcolm X

There are those who will consider it their duty, as friends of the Negro people, to tell us to revile him, to flee, even from the presence of his memory, to save ourselves by writing him out of the history of our turbulent times. Many will ask what Harlem finds to honor in this stormy, controversial and bold young captain - and we will smile. Many will say turn away - away from this man, for he is not a man but a demon, a monster, a subverter and an enemy of the black man - and we will smile. They will say that he is of hate - a fanatic, a racist - who can only bring evil to the cause for which you struggle! And we will answer and say to them : Did you ever talk to Brother Malcolm? Did you ever touch him, or have him smile at you? Did you ever really listen to him? Did he ever do a mean thing? Was he ever himself associated with violence or any public disturbance? For if you did you would know him. And if you knew him you would know why we must honor him.

-- Ossie Davis

It makes no sense to me that black youth want equal opportunities and so often I see the percentages card produced. Fine, have it your way. We will have exactly equal parts to everything in life. Not because you have developed and honed skills to earn positions of authority but rather you are black. Making you not the best suited to take on challenges, rather the best suited of your race to take on these challenges.
