Hey now, they probably sunk that 3 inch casing at least 5 feet in to soft sand - should be plenty for a 10 story building....

This Jamaican fellow once asked me to build a lift for wheelbarrows full of concrete to pour tie-beams. I looked at him and asked "have you ever heard of a concrete pump?". He shrugged his shoulders and mumbled something about doing it cheaply. Poor people manage do things for almost free.
