soosh: DanTheMan1024: soosh: DanTheMan1024: Thanks soosh, I'm usually quiet and just listen but I have company over for dinner and thought you would like to know that you have about ten extra people listening tonight in Oklahoma.

What part of Oklahoma?  I grew up in Tulsa, and spent time in OKC, Norman, & Stillwater.  My grandfather had a farm near Durant.

No shiat. Born, raised and currently living in Tulsa. Went to ou (Norman) for undergrad and grad school. I should have said something sooner.

I was born in 1968, raised in suburban Tulsa near Oral Roberts University, went to a Southern Baptist Church through high school, graduated Memorial in 1987, played four years of varsity football lineman, went to OSU my freshman year in college, worked at the Hideaway Pizza and discovered drugs, flunked out of college, worked as a cook and then chef in OKC, Norman, and Tulsa, went to a year of University of Tulsa and two and a half years at OU, gave it up to cook full time, moved to Alaska in 1997 to raise kids in a mountain town and now work as a government mule computer dude and do this radio show and some photography.

I would never have guessed ORU...you have a bit of age on me but a lot of correlation, graduated Edison prep, memorials rival. I never "discovered drugs" they found me like chickenpox. I just bought a hideaways, the one of 15th (cherry street) and it will be a subway in about a month, which will be my 5th in the metro area although I am in no means a chef!

trappedspirit: Bathia_Mapes: trappedspirit: Wth? I tuned in and got some bluegrass about Jesus. Not cool.

soosh's show is like a box of chocolates. You never know what you're gonna get. Earlier we were listening to Elvis and Talking Heads. Who knows what will be up next.

I generally don't buy boxes of chocolates with turds in them. But to each their own.

You seem tense.
