nytmare: "Episodes 6, 5 and 6"
FueledByEthanol: Period table? Oh jeez, get the midol and a mop.
buntz: nytmare: "Episodes 6, 5 and 6"that's the one that bugged me the most. you went through ALL this trouble and then screw up something like that?also C-3P0 is GR for "golden rod?"c'mon. Wouldn't PD for "protocol droid" make more sense?
DON.MAC: Here is a hint, the Emperor shouldn't be in the middle of the of the 3rd row, let alone next to Boba Fett.
Thunderboy: List of Star Wars characters that looks like a themed periodic table with meticulous detail for some reason.
Krieghund: I hope whoever did this had fun, because I don't see any other point.
BitwiseShift: Where are the noble gases, the heavy metals?Just because you choose a well known structure like the episodes of Alice in Wonderland, Monopoly, the map of the states, or the periodic table doesn't mean squat without a complimentary structure in the content. The periodic table predicts that the elements are grouped and have common properties, which may not be evident by just knowing their names or atomic weights, but instead knowing that every so often there is a repeat of properties and that the repetition shows a complex interplay of geometry, electrical and other forces and much more. Also the first element, even in a parody, is always a single letter.
srhp29: I'm not clicking the link. That sounds absolutely disgusting.
BumpInTheNight: You know when starwars nerds bash trekkies for coming up with a real-life Klingon vocabulary? Now they can retort by pointing at this, especially the lulz over how its not even a good table.
Foxxinnia: Man, I am really loathing nerd culture.
DON.MAC: So some designer is seeing other people using a periodic table and throws a bunch of characters at it. Here is a hint, the Emperor shouldn't be in the middle of the of the 3rd row, let alone next to Boba Fett. The odd font doing the Futurama alien lettering thing doesn't help either.
