Ha, I was just in the middle of submitting a thread myself. Well done.

Well if he doesn't play tonight, I assume Rose won't play until next year, which I'm fine with. Deng apparently lost 15 pounds in the past week or so and seemed to be having trouble walking, so I won't expect him back for a few games, if at all. No clue on Hinrich, but I wouldn't be surprised if he was out in Game 4 as well.

If we had at least Deng or Hinrich, I would give us a much better chance of winning, but there's only so much this pieced together team can do. Thank god we're at home tonight; the UC better be rocking. Hopefully they'll be able to shake off Game 2 and play like it's the start of 5 game series where they have home court advantage. It's not impossible.

Sigh. Go Bulls.

A thread for the NBA playoffs, how cute.

Really difficult game for them tonight. It's hard to lose three of your starters in any playoff game, much less against the Heat. I'd love to see the rest of the Bulls step up. I don't envy what they're up against.

At least they haven't become accustomed to Rose playing this year. Deng and Hinrich are huge in how they run their game. Ugh. JUST BE HEALTHY, EVERYONE!

How pissed must the Bulls be at the doctor that f*cked up that spinal tap?

They have plenty of experience playing without Rose and Hinrich, but Deng had always been there.

The doc screwed it up? I hadn't read that. That's just great.

My bad, I may have misinterpreted "complications due to the spinal tap" as the doc screwed it up. Could've been not screwed up and just a hell of a bad reaction, I suppose. But yeah, he got a spinal tap to test for viral meningitis, which came back negative, but caused complications.

2013-05-10 04:28:31 PM
Heard the doctors farked the spinal tap up too. Oh well...go Bulls, let's make it happen.

Today's excuse for Derrick Rose's chronic vaginosis is "massive expectations" according to SI.

/either play or call yourself done for the season already

2013-05-10 07:15:29 PM
If Rose were to come back before he's mentally ready, he's not going to play well, and he's not going to help his team. I don't understand why so many people can't seem to grasp this.

Heat and Warriors both win comfortably tonight.

It's too bad Thibs had to run his players into the ground during the regular season. We would have had a pretty good series if the Bulls weren't coming into it in the same condition as Arnold at the end of Terminator 2.

2013-05-10 07:24:11 PM
I read somewhere the doc used the wrong needle for the spinal tap. Normally it's a 10gauge hypodermic, for some reason he gradded the 11.

He's only at 106%.  Would you play at less than 110%, tough guy?  Huh?  Would you?

Didn't think so.

lol, vaginosis. it's funny because he's a woman because he's not confident enough to start his first game in a year playing against the best team in the league. you're so awesome.

It's one year, calm the f down everyone. or listen to random rumors. that works, too.

I wish I could go to my boss and be all like, I'm healthy, but I don't feel confident in my ability to code with my left hand.

How about you keep paying me to not work?

So many long two point field goals.

Man, Chicago fans really want Rose to go through the Gilbert Arenas experience. I wouldn't rush back from a knee injury any more than I'd rush back from a concussion. Some things, you just need to wait until everything's ready.

2013-05-10 08:25:33 PM
Fark Rose. He can blow me. We never made it past the 1st round of playoffs with him, so why does anybody give a shiat about him? He's a very good shooter, but he's made of glass and can't play D. Again, fark him.

He might come back if they can beat Miami without him.  They could get New York then OKC then he would be matching up against Kidd and Fisher which isn't exactly the most taxing match ups on defense.

Noan and Anderson just need to go to it. Would love to see that fight.

noah should be ejected, he is a menace its annoying to watch, fake tough guy routine, why the ref attacked anderson on the ground I am not sure

2013-05-10 08:37:20 PM
C'mon Jo. You can't get ejected tonight. Even if Anderson has the most punchable face in the world and totally needs it.

2013-05-10 08:37:40 PM
that's probably a t on Noah. come on, son. relax

2013-05-10 08:38:01 PM
Noah was stupid to do that. That was a clean foul, albeit a hard one.

I was wondering the same thing.  That ref had a weird time trying to keep Anderson away from a confrontation that Anderson didn't seem to have interest in.

I didnt even think it was that bad of a foul clean block up top and if robinson was taller it would have been a cleaner play, just watched the 2nd butler foul wtf was the call?

2013-05-10 08:41:50 PM
No, Mr. Duncan, the Warriors will not get off your lawn.

2013-05-10 08:42:34 PM
I'm guessing Noah took exception to Anderson's roll on to Robinson at the end.  That, and Anderson really just needs his ass kicked for looking like he does.

Nah just annoying to watch a guy try to start stuff every night he plays, the shoves, elbows and holds and sliding hip check screens that are garnettish and he is a hypocrite about it, its just dirty, I love his hustle and intensity but honestly think he should foul out almost every game
