GameSprocket: I say, your highness, I regret to inform you that some knave has tore the roof off of the "sucker".

I do apologize for the inconvenience, Madam, however it has served to facilitate bringing the funk.

George Clinton would have been a better replacement than Paul Rodgers.

Went to a clinton/funkadelic show. Was about an hour and twenty minutes long. It was five or six songs. It was awesome. But I couldn't shake the feeling that I was missing some levels of the show on account of being too sober. When the show opens with a guy in a fur coat, pimp hat and a 15 inch nose dances while a Predator and Sam L Jackson in military garb wail away on guitar, while someone in a full neon yellow attire drums and the some guy comes out in a rain poncho while the backup singers dance in roller skates and... Ummmm... Where was I?

Queen opens for Parliament!?!  Now, I'm not the biggest fan of either, but Back In The Day™ that would have been a freakin' awesome show.

Back in the day, that might've been a show I'd want to see. Now with Freddie Mercury 20+ years gone and George Clinton a cracked-out shell of his former self, maybe not someone much.

That's good and all, but I'd rather have a Funky President.

Y'all can poke fun all you want.  The Queen don't mind. She got a rump of steel skin.
