Why are Blackjack players, particularly the low limit Blackjack players, such rude whiney biatches?

At $5 minimum table, betting just $5, I hit a 13 when the dealer showed 6. I know the book says that was wrong, but I did it anyway. I won, the other person at the table lost and then he whined and biatched about it and kept trying to give me advice for the next six hands. Well he would not shut up and I was up about $300, so I activated my troll powers. Hit and busted everything, but 10 and 11, split 10s, stayed on 9 and less, etc... just deliberately baiting the ass.

So, why are Blackjack players such whiney biatches?

People like that drive me up the farking wall. If I had the bankroll I'd do what  you did when I encounter one of those whiny pricks, but instead I usually just end up at another table.

Blackjack sucks. It used to be a game you could at least walk away from in positive territory bankroll wise when there was only 1 deck of cards to contend with, but 6+ decks is too much.

That's why I play craps now. It took me 20 minutes to lose $200 at blackjack, and I quit for good. Six hours later, I walked out of the casino with $4,000+ in winnings.

Blackjack players are, hands down, the most superstitious and anal-retentive players in the entire casino. And this is coming from someone who used to love to play blackjack.

One of the two times I've ever played at a table some guy kept giving me lip for playing improperly and messing up the cards he was supposed to get.

/walked out with quadruple my money.

Here's an idea that I'm just gonna throw out there:

Instead of taking the full 99999 weeks of unemployment, how about maybe, you know, getting a job.

It's so crazy it just might work.

Oh no, the most superstitious gamblers out there are your hard core baccarat players.

They'll have their charts with which side (player v banker) has won, how many naturals there have been in the shoe, even who is dealing the cards is a factor.

Next up are your batshiat crazy pit bosses and/or owners. Did a dealer just give out a big bonus? Send them home early (if they're lucky), or fire them (if they're ugly).

One casino I worked at, the batshiat crazy owner firmly believed that he was making more money on pai-gow if the dealer shuffled twice before putting it into the shuffle machine versus just once.

His logic? We had two pai-gow tables, and for a WEEK, the dealer would shuffle once or twice.

A woman who had just been hired on with a full-time schedule was playing pai-gow with $25 on the bonus. Boom - first hand was five aces. $10,000 winner.

The dealer was fired, the woman never worked a shift, and the owner (most likely) never gave the IRS the money that was withheld.

Good times... Good times...
