fusillade762: 23FPB23: But I guess spouting your group-think hatred toward some mouthpiece of your perceived enemy is helping?

Rush still isn't going to blow you.

What if 23FPB23 is a small Dominican boy?

You would look quite the fool then, wouldn't you?

Don't ever read Yahoo comments.  For the sake of your own sanity.

Thanks for the pro-censorship liberals update.

This from the same dumbasses that still think they hurt Glenn Beck's career, and put him in the poor house.

Interestingly enough, the only reason Rush is still around is that the younger, liberal age group has abandoned radio...leaving the only market left to be the angry old Republican folk.

So here's to you, libs, for your contribution to unforseen consequences. Maybe if there's was a daily radio show that talked about stealing music, or how to live in your parent's basement for eternity, you'd be rid of Rush forever.

Keizer_Ghidorah: 23FPB23: Why don't you use that energy helping people?

It's hard to help people when you have filth like Rush telling everyone to attack them and treat them as sub-humans, so it's not a waste of energy hating the fat fark.

Here's a scary thought....

What if he actually did leave the airwaves....and someone *worse* took his place?

I mean, he has his audience...but for the most part he's a joke.  A big fat, racist, mysogynistic , drug-addled JOKE....and even members of the his beloved party don't give him that much credence these days.

What if it was someone with....(shudder)....credibility?

Free Republic, World Net Daily, Red State, Stormfront, Infowars, etc... My guess is they're mostly bored senior citizens who are trying to catch up on all the internet trolling/flaming they wish they could have done as teenagers.

They clearly mis-spelled 'The Universe and All Reality As We Know It' in the headline.

The Dominican Republic doesn't have any dedicated talk radio stations. Perhaps he should relocate there?

And just think of the young, nubile, brown skinned intern boys he could hire.

groppet: When he was going "deaf" and then had the miracle cure/surgery whatever did that ever come out to be a hoax? It seemed very scammy to me.

Being able to listen is not a requirement for Rush Limbaugh.

As soon as his rate of advertiser alienation exceeds his net income from advertiser pick-ups, Cumulus Media will find out.  Until then... he's a winner in their book, and his audience, while old, is a spendy one for all manner of boner pills, gold, last-minute gifts for the missus and identity theft protection.
