IronTom: Good think he didn't make the sign of the gun with his fingers, they would have kicked him out and had him incarcerated.

Nabb1: If it were my son who was raped, you'd be raiding about the charges pending against me for what I did in response to this decision.
doglover: Raping a four year old? That's why civilized cultures have a death penalty.
Fark Me To Tears: Nabb1: If it were my son who was raped, you'd be raiding about the charges pending against me for what I did in response to this decision. If the victim had been my kid, that 13-year-old sh*it would disappear, never to be seen or heard from again.
TuteTibiImperes: doglover: Raping a four year old? That's why civilized cultures have a death penalty.Putting a 13 year old to death doesn't seem right, no matter what the crime. Granted, 2 years probation seems light (the headline says two months, the article says two years). This seems like a case where commitment to a mental institution with intensive treatment until such time as the perpetrator is no longer a threat to those around him seems like the best course of action.
you are a puppet: If that was my kid, he would be grounded big-time./Whichever
dahmers love zombie: I imagine that this will become relevant. It's the part of the ADA that says that if a kid rapes another kid, as long as their "disability" made them do it, they can NOT be removed from their school for more than 45 days.If your "normal" kid commits the same rape, expelled permanently."The only exception to this practice is governed by Federal law. This exception is in reference to students with disabilities, and applies in cases where his/her disabilities have been determined to play a role in their actions. Federal law prohibits school districts from placing students with disabilities in an Alternative Education Placement for more than 45 days. Following the 45 days, the student is then placed on his or her regular campus and other measures are taken to ensure that the student receives appropriate special education services and is adequately supervised in accordance with any applicable court orders.
911Jenny: Ahhh......fark this planet. In what world does this make sense?
TommyymmoT: Well, at least he didn't draw a picture of a gun on his notebook. So there's that I guess.
Jackie Onanist: skinbubble: IronTom: Good think he didn't make the sign of the gun with his fingers, they would have kicked him out and had him incarcerated.Sad but true.This.
BarkingUnicorn: I wonder if a restraining order that would effectively force this rapist out of the school would work.
iheartscotch: 2 years probation for 2 rapes of a 4 year old? Is the 13 year old special(and not like Special K), or something?/ I wonder how many other victims haven't come forward; even psychopaths don't start at rape
JohnnyFootball: The football team must need him , really, really bad. Just wait until he rapes the quarterback, causing him to miss a few games. He will get expelled then.
