A retirement fund for police and firefighters in Florida is suing Lululemon Athletica Inc., taking issue with a decision by Lululemon's compensation committee to boost the maximum payout of the executive bonus plan just before a $60 million recall of yoga pants.

I need help Farkers.  I RTFA twice and still am confused why a police and firefighters retirement fund would have anything to do with this.

I didn't read the article but the fund probably owns stock in the company.  Anything done by the company that would negatively impact the stock price would be of concern to them.

Because the pension fund is a shareholder in the company.  They are insinuating that the board of directors moved the goalposts for management bonuses, just before the recall was announced.

The retirement fund was invested in a company that gave all of its money away to executives right before it had to recall millions of dollars in products because they were just too darn sexy.

The fund has investments in the company. The board got raises (which reduced profits while rewarding themselves) right when they knew that the stock would take a hit over the coming recall. Therefore, the company had even less available money which would impact stock prices even further.

I say it's high time they gave up this whole charade and start making them transparent.

Somacandra: In related assnews my 3-year old daughter was really constipated over the past few days. It took a couple of small Miralax doses before we got two poop mountains, and it wasn't until we added the flax oil that we got enough of a mudbutt that my wife and I figured she was all cleaned out. Its tough to find yoga pants both small enough to fit a 3 year old and stretchy enough to contain a poo bomb like that.

FYI- try probiotics on your kid. You find it in the cold aisle and it's basically living, granulated lactobacilli, the same stuff that makes yogurt. According to our pediatrician, 1/5 or less of the recommended daily dose for toddlers, once a day. takes about a day to fully kick in, and once it does, is mildly miraculous.

You can feed em live culture yogurt(Activia) too but that's been hit or miss for us, since apparently not all live yogurt is in fact, live. Also, it's disgusting to watch a toddler eat yogurt. Makes me want to hurl

"Shares in the company ended regular trading down 52 cents at $76.36. The stock added 22 cents to $76.58 in after-hours trading. They are essentially unchanged this year."   Kind of negates that idea.

FTA, so never mind:

Lululemon pulled its Luon pants from stores over the weekend of March 16 and 17, after the company determined that the pants' fabric was too sheer and revealing.
At the time, the company said on its website that it first began to understand the extent of the problem on March 11, as part of its weekly call with store managers, who voiced worries about sheerness.

I used to do a Gaiam nighttime yoga routine on YouTube with Mrs. Ajax, hosted by Rodney Yee.  It wasn't a bad routine, except for the moment when Rodney tells you to "Relax...your brain."  Sounded like listening to a professional bells player who suddenly shifted to an anvil for a single note.

You can tell the classiness of a woman by whether her panties still have the tag visible.  Given the shape of left vs. right, I think this image is instructional.

*ENGAGE NERD MODE* Well, there's a triforce in there, but it's the symbol for the Hylian royal family. I think it *started* to show up in Ocarina of Time (It's the symbol on link's shield?), but I don't think it was explicitly referred to as that until a game or two later.

Judging by the matching outfits and the bunch of motorcycle helmets at upper left, I am guessing that those are umbrella girls.  And if so, they want you to see dat ass, because they are pretty much models and that's their job.

I have a large head.  This makes it hard to find helmets that fits and ear caps and headsets and hats and caps.  My head size is XXL/3XL. I believe there is a better cap selection in the US than in Sweden. Here it usually is "one size fits all". No that crap doesn't fit my head. Baseball caps looks like they're yarmulkes with peaks. Stretchy knitted caps becomes netting and therefore worthless at protecting my skull from the climate.

What I want to say is that Lululemon failed to consider that America sized people will be using their stretchy products, with unintended consequences.
