Yes, and with a bit of alcohol and lube sometimes you can gain entry.

I, for one, believe the executives at Lululemon deserve double the bonus for their contribution for the betterment of mankind around the globe.

With that said, let the yoga pants thread roll!

I could have sworn the third line was going to be "THIS. IS. LULULEMON."  Which would be quite appropriate, since their logo appears to be a lambda, which is the same letter that appears on the shields of Spartan soldiers.

Yeah, I don't get it. That's sort of their thing.

A retirement fund for police and firefighters in Florida is suing Lululemon Athletica Inc., taking issue with a decision by Lululemon's compensation committee to boost the maximum payout of the executive bonus plan just before a $60 million recall of yoga pants.

I need help Farkers.  I RTFA twice and still am confused why a police and firefighters retirement fund would have anything to do with this.

I didn't read the article but the fund probably owns stock in the company.  Anything done by the company that would negatively impact the stock price would be of concern to them.

I would certainly not use a post such as this as a bookmark.  That would be crass and rude.

Because the pension fund is a shareholder in the company.  They are insinuating that the board of directors moved the goalposts for management bonuses, just before the recall was announced.

The retirement fund was invested in a company that gave all of its money away to executives right before it had to recall millions of dollars in products because they were just too darn sexy.

You mean "yoga pants" weren't always just intended to show off as much of the female ass as possible?

The fund has investments in the company. The board got raises (which reduced profits while rewarding themselves) right when they knew that the stock would take a hit over the coming recall. Therefore, the company had even less available money which would impact stock prices even further.

Deep down I think everyone knows the true purpose of yoga pants is to make it easier for people to determine what kind of panties you have on, or if you don't wear any at all(yum!).

I say it's high time they gave up this whole charade and start making them transparent.

Ladies, PLEASE: If you are under 40 and in good physical condition, yoga pants are perfectly acceptable attire in public. If your ass looks like a sack of grapefruit when you squeeze it into your poor, tortured yoga pants, please don't leave the house like that. Some things that are seen at Wal Mart cannot be unseen.
