wildcardjack: Wasn't this the contractor's fault for failing to establish his own rigging?Or is it cheaper to pay the fine than to have someone reveal the nationality of the person the contractor was using to do the cleaning? I mean, this kind of work really sounds like what you'd have specially trained staff to do, that's expensive and if Disney was caught directly employing illegals then they'd be subject to huge fines. So outsource to some drinking buddy to hire the illegals.
