Turning water into wine is an ancient story and involves a marriage ceremony. Notice that the man is at a wedding.

It's the marriage of the sky and the Earth. The male sky inseminates the female Earth with

it's rain water which causes grapes to grow. The grapes are then harvested and turned into wine.

It was probably a lost chupacabra pair. They sometimes find their way up to the Midwest as they follow the cattle drive northward. The light from the forehead stuff is obviously embellished, but there's no doubt that there were at least two chupacabras in the area, based on the eye-witness descriptions.
