Jesus McSordid: AverageAmericanGuy: If she were getting her own honor for her work as Sec. of State, I wouldn't be as confused. This gesture makes it seems like she's tagging along on Bill's coattails as a hanger-on. It diminishes her and her accomplishments to be lumped in with her husband for no clear reason other than being the loyal wife of the President.

Maybe it's because they're both from Arkansas. Has anybody else from Arkansas done anything noteworthy?

/That's a serious question. I'm not from the USA.

Walmart.  Hilary started at Walmart right around the time they quit selling things in America.  This is why the Clintons signed NAFTA and gave away the farm to the Chinese.

Ah, the smell of butt hurt.

No one should EVER forgive his crimes.

And Bush has exactly what to do with this article? Nothing. Yet butt hurt Farkers will turn anything into a cry-fest about Bush.

Neither has John Wayne.

That's kind of irrelevant. Hillary, except for a brief moment as chairperson for healthcare reform, was not involved in governance in any official capacity with Bill during his presidency.

Politicians take credit for things when it is in their best interest, they should be accountable for everything that occurs during their terms.

Bubba International Airport has a nice ring to it. So does Whitewater International Airport.

feckingmorons: Is it normal to name government buildings for people when they are not dead?

Unfortunately, it is becoming the new normal in Amerika. In Anchorage, there is Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport, named for a then-sitting US congressman. Stuff like that always raises the hair on my back, whether it's naming a public facility for a current secretary of state or for some political pork-grabber who's retired but still alive. I hope that the name Hill-Billy for the LR airport sticks.

Except for a brief moment, she was never involved in a sexual relationship with her husband but alas, Amy Carter still holds the title as the ugliest daughter in the white house with Chelsea a close second.

Sam Walton was fairly impactful.

Sort of surprised Little Rocks airport isn't known as Walmart International.

Baron Harkonnen: EvilRacistNaziFascist: Bad as that is, I hope you'll be equally indignant about the fact that Obama has increased the national debt by 6 trillion dollars during his time in office so far and he has another 4 years to go.

It's more about the use of false propaganda to start a war, the over 100,000 civilian deaths, and the loss of a great deal of national honor rather than the money. As for the money, Obama has been forced to pay for checks that Bush wrote. It takes a long time to reverse that momentum, especially on with a congress that refuses to raise taxes on the super-wealthy or cut military spending.

If I'm so concerned about civilian casualties, about Obama's drone strikes, you ask? Good question. I hate them, and they're a huge black mark on his presidency that will haunt us for a long time to come, and they've gone a long way to souring me on his presidency. I'm not waving his flag any more, but compared to his predecessor, the man is a saint.

Don't bother debating trolls

Libraries, i understand, by why in the name of sweet swaggering swizzle sticks do we name airports after presidents, anyway?

"Thanks for all your hard work, President Coolidge!  In your name, these people will suffer sweaty seatmates, mile-long forced marches, and warm sandwiches made before your mother was born!"

Yet.

And don't forget, she's the one who really ran the country back when Bill was "president."  Amirite?

I believe that it was Newt Gingrich running the country when Bill was President.
