nocturnal001: tuxq: I love when people make light of someone's death and then wonder why their life sucks. I guess some people can't even do simple math.

/welcome to fark, i know
//just throwing it out there

Well, it's not like this guy was just walking to work one morning. People who do stupid shiat die sooner than the rest of us.

except he didn't die from the actual stunt itself therefore the stupid hey'yall watch this criteria doesn't really apply in this case!

It sucks he died of a heart attack of all things!

Actually dying while zip lining but not from falling would be Ironic

BEHOLD!

The only person EVER, IN THE ENTIRE HISTORY OF THE INTERNET AND CONTEMPORARY ENGLISH to grasp what TRUE irony is.

He should have used his balls to zipline, but that's more a Nepalese thing, right?

2013-04-29 01:04:43 PM
Times of India has the video.  It's awesomely an auto-play video within their article.

You probably don't want to see it.  It's not gruesome - just, well, you watch him die.

2013-04-29 01:11:19 PM
The thing is, did he really never think "Ok, so on the offchance that something stops me before I get to the end of the zip line, what am I going to do that prevents me hanging by my hair over a river until I die?"

Seriously - your entire bodyweight suspended from your head/neck. You don't want that for any longer than necessary.

Of course, the real trick is that he will rise from the dead in three days time.

What dingle-berry decided that zip lines were cool anyway?

special20: So he's up there screaming for more than 5 minutes after stalling? How stupid are people to just sit there and watch this man die? Seriously? What did the witnesses think? "Oh, he's just milking the suspense here".  Idiots.

Pro tip: always have somebody with brains enough to get you to safety if something goes wrong during your stunt.

My impression after RTFA was that he was an idiot and didn't have anyone there to help him in case of trouble and nothing got done for 30 minutes because nobody had any way to help him. I'm reading between the lines though.

So I should build my only person in the history of the internet to understand Irony championship belt?

In March 2011, Mr Roy was named a Guinness World Record holder for traveling the farthest distance on a zip wire using hair, narrowly surpassing Randy Ironpubes' long-held record.  Tragically Mr. Ironpubes recently perished as well while trying to reclaim his title...from a sudden, massive attack of syphilis.
