If this had gone the other way (Christian group buys up domain formerly owned by a LGBTIQBBQWTFOMG group), there would would be a browser-melting outrage, complete with death threats and wild accusations against the Christian group.

But since it went this way, I guess it's a victory of some sort.

I understand there are gay people in all the world's cultures but the Australians just seem like one of the most hetero on earth I mean if I was in Australia and saw two dudes making out I would just be like "Wow those two guys are really drunk!"

Could be because good people winning is generally better perceived than evil people winning. It's not like this shiat exists in a moral vacuum.

The right to oppress others is the most basic of rights.

1. They never registered it. It has always been something else.
2. The reason why they have never registered it is because no one in their right mind would spell the whole domain out trying to get there. WWE uses WWE.com and although they have it registered they do not use WorldWrestlingEntertainment.com or any special skewing (i.e. world-wrestling-entertainment.com).
3. Österreich

Fundamentalist Christians don't have either the imagination or enough of a sense of humor to even come up with that sort of idea much less implement it so no.
