FTFA: Principal Sharon Moffat sent parents a letter announcing the new rule earlier this month, stating, "young gentlemen are encouraged to wear collared shirts and trousers; many boys wear ties or jackets. Young ladies should wear a skirt, dress with straps, or dressy pants outfit. Jeans or sneakers are not appropriate for this event."

What is this? The 1950s?

The way I read this: If a girl wears a skirt, she can go topless. Hmm. That seems like a fair compromise.

At that age boys are distracted by girls. Period. End of story.

Strapped dress, skirt, burka, doesn't matter, if they have boobs the boys will be distracted.

I know. The idea that we're still forcing people to dress differently based on their gender seems really absurd.

Boobs or not, if they aren't a swampdonkey, a girl's presence will distract the boys.
