Why would the governor be hitting on teenage girls? He doesn't strike me as that type...

2013-04-23 08:03:11 PM
When I was in eighth grade I could have been distracted by the sexiness of a girl in a Mayor McCheese costume. Still could but now she'd have to be an adult.

This is a job for McCormack.

Solution: dress made entirely of straps.

Who faps to bare shoulders? Those New Jersey people are into some kinky stuff. I think they were too oppressed as children.

Next they'll be checking for straps in butt cracks.

2013-04-23 08:19:46 PM
What about their constitutional right to bare arms?

Parents are paying for this party.  Why is the school necessary?

The loathsome pearl-clutchers do have a clearly stated dress code on their side-and are well within their rights to enforce it-so they win.

2013-04-23 08:28:08 PM
Burkas. Admit it, Jersey. The little tramps should all wear burkas for the sake of public morals...

2013-04-23 08:28:09 PM
Burkas don't have straps

Not that there are any girls in NJ who might be distracted.

Besides, duck tape can solve most of life's problems when alcohol is hard to reach.
Not that any school administrator is really worth the expense of duck tape.

WTF. When did the people in charge go to school and what was the dress code at dances then?

In  all fairness he is absolutely right. But you could replace "strapless dresses" with anything else and girls and you would also be right. It's mission failure so fast on that one it would make Sun T'zu cry.

Let the girls wear their strapless dresses and let the 14-15-year-old boys wear only crotchless trousers. Officials would find out easily whether said dresses constitute a distraction.

2013-04-23 09:25:27 PM
Would also leave them "open to open quote marks.

2013-04-23 09:29:28 PM
Ah, 10th grade, where in math class I got to sit behind a gal who wore a backless top rather frequently, and yes she could pull it off

I don't think my eyes ever made it to the white board on the days she wore that

2013-04-23 09:50:29 PM
I want to make the point of dress straps being used as weapons against said girls . . . but I am not clever enough to do so without sounding like a pedo so . . . yeah, I think you all can take it from here

Huck And Molly Ziegler: Let the girls wear their strapless dresses and let the 14-15-year-old boys wear only crotchless trousers. Officials would find out easily whether said dresses constitute a distraction.

they would also determine that rounded rocks constitute a distraction, as does:

linoleum, chalk, textbooks, the wind, sunlight, strapped dresses, jeans, sweaters, hair... i could go on and on.

"The Readington Township School District has a policy regarding dress code which is being universally applied to the school day and school events. We regret don't care that a small number of families are upset by this and we welcome their input and communication will ignore their futile efforts to undermine our draconian philosophy. The Board of Education regularly reviews and revises policy through its Policy Committee local tight assed church board.."

"I'm objecting to the fact that government can come in and change the rules without asking parents. That's an abuse of authority," parent Charlotte Nijenhuis told the Courier News

Oh, for the love of god... It's a farking dress code at a school dance. Go choke on a tea bag, lady.

Are those two pr0n stars yet?  It's been enough years (or at least I've seen that photo floating around for enough years) for them to be legal and have gotten into the industry.

It is amazing that people in positions of authority forget what it was like to be a kid. Girls are distracting, not their clothes. Really the difference between different strap types is only noticed by the other girls talking about the clothes.

Not being held on school property, school is NOT paying for the dance. Seems to me that the school board/principal shouldn't have any say in the matter!

But 8th grade girls shouldn't be wearing strapless dresses.
