nekom: I knew it was going to be Arbus.RIP.You know I told you something a long time ago, and it's just as pertinent now as it was then. Ladies and gentlemen, take my advice: pull down your pants and slide on the ice.
StopLurkListen: FirstNationalBastard: Miss Stein: Inconsolable:[i759.photobucket.com image 450x300] IT'S NOT A CHICKEN, IT'S YOU, SIDNEY!And much scenery was chewed that day in the making of a television show
jj325: I never understood why anyone watched the show after Frank Burns left
ZeroCorpse: So I guess a lot of us like Alan Alda, after all./Always seemed like a decent guy, even if he can come of a little self-righteous at times.
nekom: I literally knew from the very SECOND I finished reading that headline that it would be Arbus. Otherwise, why use only the last initial? That's kind of the gag, isn't it?/not subby
KellyKellyKelly: Charles was a jerk with a heart of gold, while Frank was just a jerk.
Hugh Manatee: buntz: My headline was:"Ladies and gentlemen, take my advice, pull down your pants and slide on the ice"R.I.P. Dr. FreedmanAs was mine.....
traxan: And a big fark You to subby for scaring the crap out of me with that deceptive headline.

Tom_Slick: He was a lot older than I thought he was, only 3 years younger than Harry Morgan, I thought he was Alan Alda's age.
RIP Alan Arbus
jj325: Of course I never understood why anyone watched the show after Frank Burns left

xxmedium: "I have a message..."[i.imgur.com image 367x550]"Radar, close your whore mouth and don't open it for the rest of the war."
Bird3149: I bring you a message. Exactly six miles north of Skagg Mountain in the Valley of Pain, there lives an evil devil-monster. His name is Bingo Gas Station Motel Cheeseburger With A Side Of Aircraft Noise And You'll Be Gary Indiana. And he *loves* to hurt people. The last time I saw Bingo Gas Station Motel Cheeseburger With A Side Of Aircraft Noise And You'll Be Gary Indiana, he told me what he wants to do. He wants to come down here and kill each and every one of you! But I said to him: "Bingo, wait a minute." And the reason I said that is because I believe in you people. I believe you can do the job. I believe you can help each other. I believe you can make this world a better place to live in. That's it.
ManateeGag: labman: Why do you do things like this, submitter? Did you have problems in your childhood?no one paid attention to him when he was little. that's why he lashes out now.Still, pretty key character to the show. not like he was wounded soldier #2 in episode 25.

It's amazing how many high profile people had bit parts or guest roles. John Ritter, Laurence Fishburne, Joe Pantoliano, Jason Alexander, Leslie Nielson, James Remar, Blythe Danner, Loudon Wainright, and so on and so on. I also thought I saw Burt Reynolds in one episode, but that might have been the painkillers.Great show, but it went downhill fast once Klinger got rid of the dresses and became Radar 2.0.
Sick and Tired of Being Sick and Tired: Alan Alda was pretty good in the WWZ audiobook/just saying
