I just put a novel on Amazon and clicked the adult button because it has sex scenes. Wonder if I should edit description to include 'not a children's book' instead?

Looking forward to Amazon's upcoming "Going out of Business Sale"

kid_icarus: Lady porn gives women unrealistic expectations about real life men. I should not be expected to maintain washboard abs, romance you, AND ravish you nightly with unbridled passion and ecstasy.

All the lady porn I read features two men.  I don't think gay men care what my expectations of them are.

/They get mad when I whisper directions from behind the curtains, though

Grables'Daughter: TheShavingofOccam123: Grables'Daughter: TheShavingofOccam123: But Amazon has no problem allowing scam artists to sell on Amazon.com. Dollar bill, dollar bill, dollar bill.

I don't understand what you mean...

Amazon.com IS IN IT FOR THE MONEY!!1!

/basically, if you buy anything that Amazon.com doesn't sell and ship themselves, you may be screwed over. If I want that kind of risk I'll buy on eBay or some other site.

Oh, I see. Thank you for explaining.

Which is odd, I deliberately avoid buying from Amazon themselves (because of their insistence on packaging >1 DVD/Game ordered too close together in such a way it doesn't fit in a letterbox), but I buy >300 items per year off them via the independent traders, and go for months at a time without a problem, and even then Amazon is fine with refunding without any quibbles if the seller doesn't sort it out themselves. Maybe the US version is less strict with dodgy traders than the UK branch?

So how are manufacturers supposed to sell things with porny-sounding names?

No photos of what a pornocaust might look like?  I am disappoint.
