antidisestablishmentarianism: So it's Zima 2.0?

No, no no.  It's slimmer.  Sleeker.  A low-cal, carbonated, fruit flavored sensation.  Totally different.

What shocks me is I'll click on a link and be told "Well, son, you've only got 5 out 32 scripts allowed." Then when I allow one more script, I'm told "Well, son, now you've only got 6 out of 47 scripts allowed."

Fark it.

She's their 'beverage writer' and she doesn't understand that "sweet juice" affects her body? Dumbass.

"It's not consistent with public health and safety," said Scott Dunn, the Liquor Commission's deputy chief of enforcement. "We want folks to be able to tell if it's an alcoholic beverage."

Because the 7% alcohol by volume is that hard to read.

"So we know for sure there are not other bottles like our bottles on the market," he said. "They're smaller than water bottles at 11.6 ounces. We designed for the female market, so we made them very slim."

Add in a few ridged or nubbly parts, and make the bottle vibrate, and I'd say you're onto something there. Plus, at that point, you don't really need to fill it with alcohol, which will get the regulators off your back.

No, it's the 20% diluted vodka that can be sold outside of liquor stores... only even more diluted.

We were having a small cook out after work at this place that I once worked at, we had the normal stuff, hotdogs and drinks. One of the things we had was Mike's Hard Lemonade. There was one lady that we worked with that came by and grabbed a Mike's and left. Come to find out that she got a ticket because she was pulled over for driving while drinking. She claimed that she didn't know that Mike's Hard Lemonade had alcohol in it.

f*ck yea, seaking!  NOW I can actually comment on TFA!

FTFA:  In Massachusetts, Mojo has 7 percent alcohol content, but Fadika said his plans are to "reformulate" it for the New Hampshire market with a 5.9 percent alcohol content.

They should consider themselves lucky they're not in one of those 3% ABV states.  :/
