The album screwed up many a turntable, because it could only be played by spinning it counter-clockwise.

Some know Bill Elliott as a kind soul

Comedy gold. Anyone that ever had to deal with him knows what a colossal a$$hole he is.

Oh, if it's misguided attempts at sport related music from the 1980s that you're looking for (and you should) then you can't beat the Glasgow Diamonds (American football team) Rap.

I don't quite remember the details, but I think in the mid to late 80s an NFL team (Chicago something?) recorded a song/video and afterwards opened a worldwide contest for American football teams to do the same. The Diamonds won and the video was played during the Superb Owl.

It's hard to choose a highlight. Is it the featured player's charming gap-toothed smile? The Scottish cheerleaders? Me, I think it's the player pretending to play a saxophone when there clearly isn't a saxophone to be heard in the entire song.

Either way, it's an earworm far more infectious than it should be, it's five minutes of your life that you;ll never get back and it's right here:

It would've made more marketing sense if he drove Dodge.  Instead I would've asked him for a song called Daytona Blues.

Actually, Bossman and Macho Man are the only ones who are dead.
