Wodan11: Good grief, are people still thinking social media is your friend?  It can get you arrested, cost you your job, cost you your marriage, get you subjected to an IRS audit... you're an idiot for using it.  About the only thing it's good for is keeping track of the idiots you happen to know.

I don't see a problem here. Idiots brag about illegal stuff, idiots get rounded up. Saves law enforcement time and prosecution dollars. I like it.

They won't get him for DWI or open container, as they can't prove it was beer in there. I'm betting he'll get the maximum fine for not having a license though.
