His crimes are "being swarthy in a non-swarthy zone", "loitering in an ethnic fashion", and "jaywalking like an Egyptian".

Maybe we have to deport him because he's really good looking

I have it on good authority that a man of Middle Eastern descent named Benjamin Gazi is a person of interest in this bombing.

Yeah, I read that comment page for 2 minutes and it's like watching people try to play Clue while being hit in the head with 2-by-4s.

I wouldn't trust anything Steve Emerson says without open sources to back him up. He's a major self-styled "terrorism expert" with lots of foundation money to back him up and no real training or expertise. His organization was profiled in "Fear, Inc."

He has been studying terrorist organizations for 20 years. He runs the largest private counterterrorism think tank in the United States. Name an organization inside the US that doesn't work for uncle sam that has more expertise than that?

BTW, "national security grounds" probably means he is in the country on an expired visa. Not really worth commenting on.

Nice try Steve.

The First Four Katy Perry Albums: Even if he had nothing to do with the bombing they probably just found out he overstayed his visa and wasn't in the country legally. What's the big deal?  If your presence here is not legal, and you come to the attention of the authorities, you may get deported. This is surprising to people?

Quit being reasonable.  This is obviously Obama screwing up

You know, if this guy moved to Pakistan and then went on Al-Jazeera proclaiming that not only did he do it, but he tricked the US government into helping him flee the country afterward, he'd become one of the biggest celebrities since Osama bin Laden.

/maybe even Ayatollah Khomeini
//even if he actually had nothing to do with it
///the conservatives would blame Obama, the liberals would blame Islamophobia, and we would have a category 5 shiatstorm all around

MyRandomName: Liberals are already in the find a way to attack conservatives about the bombings phase. Political exploitation aka not letting a crisis go to waste on deck. Quite a few already blaming sequester.

You are the real victim here.

His expertise apparently is in NAMBLA.but that just doesn't sell these days.

I'm thinking it's more along the lines of "So he doesn't get his ass beat" reasons.
