Indeed - I wasn't a fan of the little missions and the like, but I really liked the story, especially the climax. The payoff in ME3 for doing the DLC was always awesome too.

I'm calling BS here, while an AUTISM diagnosis can indeed take years (took us just over a year with my son), treatment for the various expressed disorders starts right away.  It's shiat like this that makes austism so misunderstood.

Yeah yeah I just didn't beat him enough and he's so out of control.  I know I know.
