Stenzel, who reportedly gets paid between $4,000 and $6,000 for each talk she gives, is well known for her aggressive rhetoric. (According to her website, she's appeared on "The Dr. Laura Show," "The 700 Club" and "Politically Correct with Bill Maher," as well as being included in President George W. Bush's Faith-Based and Community Initiatives meeting in 2001.) In a YouTube video of one of her presentations, she tells the crowd of students that "no one has ever had more than one [sexual] partner and not paid" and that a girl taking birth control "could end up sterile or dead."

I am willing to bet she is the town bicycle.

Mrs. Samurai suffers from endometriosis/ovarian cysts.  Birth control is a necessary medication; otherwise the pain is completely debilitating.  For the first year of puberty, doctors were hesitant to prescribe birth control because "no one at 13 should be on the pill".  Thankfully the 3-month shots mean it's not a problem, but I guess that's still taking birth control so she's obviously a horrible person to this biatch.

In other words, Pam Stenzel, FARK YOU UP THE ASS WITH A RED-HOT SERRATED POX-LADEN PITCHFORK, YOU SORRY EXCUSE FOR A HUMAN BEING.

I'd also call you a coont, but it's clear you lack the warmth or the depth.

I went to Catholic school. For our senior retreat, they had a speaker who showed us graphic photos of abortions and dead fetuses, then the girls and boys were split up. I really don't remember much about they boys' presentation, but female friends later told us that their presentation went like this:

They were showed a big tank of water, representing their virginity. Into the water, they poured ink or dirt or something. This was premarital sex sullying their virginity (which makes god very sad, naturally). Then they poured iodine or something into the tank, which cleaned it up a bit ("secondary" virginity, or a re-commitment to abstaining from premarital sex), but some of the muck remained -- you can never be totally clean ever again.

I met this coont at Kingdom Bound like 15 years ago. I remember her trying to discourage not just sex, but any and all sexuality outside of husband and wife, including suggesting that we were ruining God's will for our lives by kissing, hugging too long, not maintaining six inches of space, and "thinking impure thoughts" (i.e. masturbating.) I remember her big ta-dah moment was when she revealed that some sexually transmitted diseases can be communicated just from skin-to-skin contact. I raised my hand and asked "Well then they aren't sexually transmitted diseases, are they?"

She was not amused.

Kids who are made to feel ashamed are usually the ones who go have sex, have something go wrong, and then keep mum about it until things get really bad. Like a girl who picks up gonnorhea and doesn't go to the doctor until the ovarian scarring has made her infertile.

Lady; you're not helping.

I went to catholic schools for an unfortunate number of years and heard this stuff all the time. She does kind of have a point; if you don't do it, you can't get stds or get a girl pregnant.

But, that said; that is an extreamly unrealistic view. I don't think it's anybody's business what 2 consenting adults do; but, the US has had an absolute epidemic of teen moms.

/ the solution, obviously; is to convince the young ladies that the have to be lesbians till college and put out more call of duty games.

I attended a public school in a very progressive area in Maryland. When I was in 10th grade, we had a speaker come into our one-semester health class -- which was being taught by the football coach who could not bring himself to say the word "vagina."

Whereas without batting an eye a man will refer to his dick or his rod or his Johnson.

So she's a liar. I am guessing she sincerely believes her lies, which makes her an ignorant liar. I bet she also thinks she is fighting the good fight, which makes her pathetic. How can you look at yourself in the mirror knowing you don't really know what your talking about, whatever you may say is ineffective and, since your discouraging safe sex, are most likely causing more kids to get hurt than will be convinced not to have sex. My guess is she has so deluded herself in her ministry that self reflection is impossible. Otherwise how can someone explain her lack of suicide attempts.

Do these people realize that the whole virgin until married was created by man, because of a fear of his own sexual inadequacies and his need to dominate? Having sex is a natural process and the most pleasant thing in life. Repressing sex only creates mental and social problems. I could not imagine going through Jr high, high school and puberty without having had 2 steady and a few occasional sexual partners. All the time my classmates devoted to attempting to engage in sexual activities consumed so much of their lives and was such an emotional turmoil where I had much more time to learn (more from personal study than the educational system) knowing that sexual release was never more than a phone call away. The only drawback for me was that dating after leaving the service was uncomfortable in that I hadn't had the same dating experience that others had in high school.

It's deliberate misinformation like this that practically ensures students make uninformed decisions.

Why did a school pay her money to have her speak? For that matter, why did a school let her speak? She's not only wrong about so many things, but deliberately lying about several - if a school instructor did that, they would be fired. But, this "expert" was not only allowed to speak, but paid to speak, by the school.

She sounds like some of my hyper Christian friends in high school (yeah, there's a reason why I didn't go to the reunion).  One of them tried to argue with me that even being alone with any boy would present "too much temptation to sin".  Touching, kissing, etc were obviously out of the question.  These were also the same girls who practically freebased cheesey romance novels with half naked men holding swords or riding horses on the covers.

Much like those girls, this woman probably just needs a good hard lay.  A dick in her mouth would do her and everyone who has to listen to her a world of good.

She pestered her doctors all through her 20s about a hysterectomy, but none of them wanted to do it, "because you might want to have children, so we really don't want to discuss this as a viable option until you reach your 30s."  Her mother has a bad history of miscarriage; she had 3 children, but also miscarried (IIRC) 4 sets of twins.  When we had that talk, I accepted the fact that if we ever decided to have children, our only reasonable option would be surrogacy.  Bottom line is, the OB-GYN field feels like it's lagging behind the rest of medicine.

Ordinarily, I can see how a doctor could be concerned about shooting someone full of artificial hormones that will do weird things to their body and a time when they are supposed to be shooting themselves full of natural hormones that will do weird things to their body.  But what was he afraid the birth control could do to her reproductive tract that endometriosis and ovarian cysts weren't already doing?

When we had that talk, I accepted the fact that if we ever decided to have children, our only reasonable option would be surrogacy. Bottom line is, the OB-GYN field feels like it's lagging behind the rest of medicine.

I was 'lucky' enough that I was already 30, and it still took repeating the same reasons to my doctor four times. Look dude, my dad was adopted so I'd rather adopt if I change my mind, plus BOTH parents had breast cancer, and dad has diabetes and heart issues, and I have ADHD. I really don't think I need to pass these filthy genes on.

pciszek: Ordinarily, I can see how a doctor could be concerned about shooting someone full of artificial hormones that will do weird things to their body and a time when they are supposed to be shooting themselves full of natural hormones that will do weird things to their body. But what was he afraid the birth control could do to her reproductive tract that endometriosis and ovarian cysts weren't already doing?

Sheesh, Friend of mine went on the pill at ~14 because she badly needed her cycle to be regulated, and no one in the medical field batted an eye as far as I know. Sounds like a load of crap to me.
